Selection of Homes for Buyers Continues to Shrink

Hamilton Township has gone along with the trend in Mercer County with fewer homes listed for sale compared to the same quarter a year ago. Almost all the other muncipalities in the county continued the trend of fewer listings than the previous yearly quarter. The number of new listings for the quarter was 370 residences compared to 419 in 2011. The comparison of quarters for the county showed 1,572 homes newly on the market this year in contrast to 1,726 houses in 2011.
